Pacer Goose is looking for experienced and energetic owner-operators with a clean MVR.  A potential owner-operator should have their own dry van trailer that is at most 15 years old, be honest, and be trustworthy to conduct themself in a professional manner.  In our self-dispatch plan, if you book it then you haul it. However, we only allow flat-bed and dry vans.  We currently don't allow specialty cargo such as HazMat, refer, and overweight cargo. The office will take care of all carrier set-up packages and will assist you in every way reasonably possible.  A full-time owner-operator can earn up to $300K every year.

Requirements

  • Truck (2016 or newer)

  • Trailer (10 yrs or newer)

  • Clean MVR

  • 2 Years Experience

  • Able to pass CDL Drug Test

  • Follows Company Policies

  • Good communication skills

  • Good with modern phone/tablet technology

  • Fuel Card saves 55₵ per gallon at Love's/ Petro/ TA 

  • Paid weekly via direct deposit

  • Weekly performance reports/ receipts for taxes/ earnings statement

  • Paid layover and detention time

  • Earn up to $250K every year

  • OTR or Regional

  • No forced dispatch
